R o o m There is no better place to entertain guests or clients. Overlooking the rooftops of Portsmouth and the tall spire of the North Church, the rushing Piscataqua River, and the southern tip of Maine, the Dining Room offers the most dramatic views in the city.

New American and steak house-style cuisine is served in the Art Deco-inspired formal room. The menu changes on a seasonal basis according to the freshest ingredients available. A full bar and a selection of more than 200 types of wine accompany the chef’s creations. The room caters to business professionals and guests for special occasion dinners—birthdays or anniversaries —or formal nights on the town.

The front lounge This room most closely resembles a living room, with leather couches and a 42-inch plasma television. The Front Lounge is a quiet space to read a book, watch a game, play cards, or enjoy pre-/post-dinner drinks.

The wine room Perfect for small groups. Dine in privacy while surrounded by our entire collection of more than 1,500 bottles.

The Dining Room can be set for private parties. Let us host your company’s business meetings, dinners, or cocktail parties.

The room is equipped with a drop-down screen, LCD projector for PowerPoint presentations, and—as with all areas of The Club—wireless Internet and a speaker phone for group conferencing. You will find it to be perfectly suited for any and all business and social gatherings.

The Dining Room also hosts many of our in-house Member socials, wine tastings, and holiday parties, and recent events have included wedding receptions and not-for-profit fund-raisers. Full catering and staffing services are available throughout the day.
