There are few grander settings in downtown Portsmouth for your corporate sales meetings, quarterly financial reviews, board of director dinners, and promotional cocktail parties. Our on-site event planner will help oversee all aspects of your business event, from menu design to travel and accommodations for your guests and associates.<br /> <br /> The AV Room This state-of-the-art audiovisual room provides for a high-quality entertainment experience or business presentation. Two screens drop from the ceiling: one sized for PowerPoint presentations via laptop computer, the other sized for digital picture. This room is ideal for board meetings and private group dinners.<br /> <br /> Other features include:<br /> <br /> • High-definition ceiling-mounted projector system • Group conferencing with speaker phones Wireless Internet connection • Five-disc DVD/CD player • VCR and surround sound, all by remote control capac ity 16 seated boardroom or seminar style<br /> <br /> Cuisine Our executive chef and his staff take pride in every dish presented. The freshest seasonal ingredients highlight local seafood, meats, and game. The culinary team welcomes suggestions from Members and enjoys the challenge of special requests.<br /> <br /> Event planning If private parties are more your style, then work with our on-site event planner who will guide you through creating a memorable experience and the perfect ambiance for your next soirée.<br /> <br /> Valet parking Available nightly, valet service is provided to all Members.<br /> <br /> Private wine lockers We have been granted permission by the State of New Hampshire Liquor Commission to store Members’ personal wine on site for consumption and storage.
