directions tO R i v e R FaRm traveling south from i-495, take exit 77B to Route 1 north. take the first right on Franklin street. take the third right on washington street. Continue out of Old town alexandria, following the signs toward mt. vernon; washington street becomes the george washington memorial Parkway. Follow the parkway for approximately four miles, pass under a stone bridge, and take the next left (east Boulevard Drive, arcturus, Herbert springs). make an immediate left again onto east Boulevard. River Farm is the first driveway on the right. 10
